These areas include:

  • eCommerce Store Fronts (Magento,Prestashop,X-Cart)
  • Customer helpdesk portals (Ticket Systems)
  • Blog(s) and other Search Engine Attractors
  • Product Feed Management (send your data to shopping sites)
  • Inventory Synchronization to your local or remote System(s)

Additionally we offer consulting for planning or scaling of your current or future operations. (We have more than 500 clients over 10 years in this field).

These areas include but not limited to:

  • What software is best for your situation
  • How much effort is involved in scenario A vs B or C
  • Explaining your plans to see if you missed anything
  • Hosting scalability (avoid pitfalls etc)
  • Integration – what might eliminate some steps

Worth mentioning:

eCommerce today (Mid 2011) is more or less a commodity. The online retailer has many choices but no idea who to outsource the project to. If you know 90% what your requirements are and have good experience with eCommerce in the past then a call to us or any other provider will quickly give you the answer based our replies and your experience.

If however you are new to eCommerce and/or have a small number of people in your organization, then you need to do homework. If you have already ruled out off the shelf eCommerce like Volusion or BigEcommerce because they are rigid cookie cutter solutions which do not provide you and “edge” for your store to be a success. Then a telephone call (not email) is the next best move. You should be able to speak english to your service provider to ensure they understand your vision and can execute professionally.
